  • SHORT TAKES II by Guran

Frequently Guran posts comments in world media, especially in JPost where ample provision exists, but such comment is frequently not published!  We see nothing in the direct and pragmatic stance taken by Guran, who says little at WenU blog as a rule, and so we will publish a selection of those posts that, for editorial reasons elsewhere, would never see the light of day:-

For Real Peace Someone Must Die    27 May 2008

Peace is based on the mutual acceptance too much death has already occurred. Israel’s enemies publicly declare their belief that too few have died. If Israel wants Peace it must cut it out of Arab hides, wholecloth. As for Golan, its significance is not in Israel’s ability to attack but simply, if Israel’s enemies have it they will use it. The whole debate on the Middle East is a lie. Olmert knows this and lives high on the hog while the living is easy. He thinks he is safe.

No Israeli Has The Guts    27 May 2008

From Olmert down to the garbage collector, they are all a pack of buck-passers who expect someone else to provide them with a free ride. We know Olmert is looking for the International Community to tell him to attack – but he simply hasn’t the guts and nobody has the guts to remove him. If Israel doesn’t care, Israel doesn’t matter. Don’t come here crying, “I’m Diaspora!” Gutless weasels can stay and rot in Israel under whoever they allow to rule them.

Tactic Of The Plover Out-Foxed by Arabs    26 May 2008

The Plover is a bird that feigns injury and fear when a predator approaches its nest, which is on the ground. It creates a show of weakness, luring the enemy after itself, away from its young. The Arabs know Israel is not wounded and when the IDF is far away they will attack and take more hostages. Olmert hopes to capitalise on International Sympathy but nobody is fooled. If Israel doesn’t care, Israel doesn’t matter.

Olmert Wants War    24 May 2008

Olmert knows if he plays his cards right and hangs in there long enough the Arabs will finally crumble and make war. They will be so fooled by their own perceived invincibility that they will be unable to constrain themselves. They will invade Israel and win. Then all the favours will be called in. The World will be sent on a guilt trip to accomplish what the Israelis didn’t bother to do – defend Israel. Olmert is no fool. A liar and a cheat but no fool. He keeps sucking the Arabs closer and closer to that moment they cannot resist.

Iranians Rallying Round?    19 May 2008

What Iranians? If the job is done properly the rest of the Human Race will gawp for three days of mourning at the missing link.  Failure to totally destroy Iran will simply ‘upset’ the fence sitters. Let the fence sitters reach for the fire extinguisher so they don’t go up in the inferno. Since when does a woman ‘get’ what politics is finally about?!

Nuclear Power Required    16 May 2008

Producing the amount of electricty required to pump all that water uphill to the Dead Sea would require exhorbitant amounts of distilled water – unless a closed cycle nuclear power generation system was incorporated in the design. We are talking HUGE amounts of energy to lift that water. And leaving the whole thing susceptible to Arab ‘Suez Canal Syndrome’ would be unthinkable also.

Nicely and Precisely Written    16 May 2008

And on the basis of the self-evident truthes in this article and the obvious tactics of the Arab World against Israel and global peace, Israel should declare Martial Law throughout the land and expel any Arabs performing criminal acts against the State. Not to do so is a breach of common trust and Civil War is justified throughout Israel at this time.

Contemptible Israeli Tricks Against Arabs   13 May 2008

Much as they deserve punishment, no people deserve the disgusting manner in which Israel softly sucks the Arabs into a position where they can only be destroyed.  Rather than deal now with the violence against them, Israel waits to set the hook deep in the Arab jaw but their tricks are obvious to the World.  Israel richly deserves what will happen to it.  HaShem is Honour. Modern Israel is shame. If Israel doesn’t care then Israel doesn’t matter.

Disgusting Israeli Pretence    13 May 2008

If any ‘putative’ peace is the result of Arab ‘compassion’ on Israel, then it is no peace but simply a tactic in the ongoing war. That Israel pretends it does not know this is despicable. Either kill the Arabs outright – or LEAVE. Cheap bunch of dogs-in-the-manger !!

Border is River, BIG LIE is Palestine    9 May 2008

Rice reduces to problem to its true scale – SHE thinks this is just a border dispute between legitimate equals. Her, “Draw a map and get it done” reveals her ignorance and bias. Therefor she simply does not grasp the problem. Israel is legitimate between the River and the Sea. Arab hostility demands NO ISREAL!  HaShem will solve this permanently but first, countless people must die. Not a border dispute, an existential war.

Destroy The Weapon – Win The War    19 April 2008

The so-called ‘Palestinian’ people are a weapon formed by the UN and the Arab leadership, aimed at Israel. Carter earned his Nobel Prize for contriving a further defeat of Israel. To win the war Israel need only destroy the Arab weapon – destroy Gaza, declare Martial Law in Judeah/Samaria and look pointedly at Lebanon and Syria. All in Defence of Israel. Not showing aggression at all but implacable defence.

    Momentum – Momentum – Momentum    19 April 2008

I hear you Caroline and as usual you make a lot of sense but nothing will divert the future Israel has selected from continuing down the chute. Nothing will avert the consequences of mismanaging God-given success in 67 and instead, tempting the Arabs with the chance of even greater success. The Arabs took the chance given and they have won. Now only countless deaths can pathe the way to Peace. No Jimmy Carters will divert THIS storm.

Fix Gaza – Fix the Arabs    18 April 2008

The only way to fix Gaza is to destroy the place. Mamby-pamby chit chat about ‘collective punishment’ is rot. Israel pays collective suffering for 60 years of lies and terror. Let Gaza be the model – extend it to Syria, Lebanon and Iran as required. The Arabs respect only the one thing. But I forget – nothing will actually get done until it is too late, then billions will pay with their lives for the Carters of this World.

Would YOU buy a used motorcycle from an American politician? The one consistent thould world wide is that the Yanks cannot be trusted. All their actions betray narrow political interest rather than honouring their word. Israel doesn’t NEED a US umbrella. Nor does it need a USA being manipulated by Arabs to disarm Israel.

Egypt Just Wants More Troops On Border With Israel    10 April 2008

Egypt/PA talks are not about freeing Shalit, it’s all about exerting pressure on Israel and putting forces in place to renew the Arab War.  Nothing about this is new.  The assumption is that Israel is awake and watching for the moment when it can decisively act to neutralise a whole LOT of Arab threats at one time. So far the Arabs are acting canny and trying to force Israel to act first – for the propaganda value.

Israel Give Palestinians A State?    7 April 2008

They have one – it’s called Jordan. Any other agenda is just the ongoing terrorist Big Lie driven by the Arabs and sponsored by the UN. Arabs in Israel would have prospered if they stayed. Urged on by Arab warmongers, a regime of ‘refugee camps’ was created as a lethal weapon against Israel. Soon they will all die.

Stratagem of Seduction?    4 April 2008

Are Olmert and Barak trying to seduce the Arabs into giving an excuse for the ‘Final Solution’?  Only more violence and a greater discrediting of Israel can ensue with these present moves. Each time Israel makes more concessions, it loses more credibility. If Israel feels unworthy – it IS. But HaShem knows the end from the beginning. Does Olmert trust solely in the arm of HaShem?

    #1 Peace?    2 April 2008

No Arab nation will attack Israel on its own. If Syria is part of an action they have thousands of far larger and more destructive rockets etc., than Hizbollah and can certainly tie down large parts of the IDF while others attack elsewhere. Israel is a tiny country. They seek now to make Israel feel threatened, with a view to garnering global support in the event of ANY IDF action. The Arabs plan Peace for no one!
