  • SHORT TAKES XVI by Guran

Guran posts comments in world media, where ample provision exists, but such comment is frequently not published. We see nothing in the direct and pragmatic stance taken by Guran, who says little at WenU blog as a rule, and so we will publish a selection of those posts that, for editorial reasons elsewhere, would never see the light of day:-

Reply to: Prosor Demands that UN Condemn Rocket Fire By Elad Benari
Israel’s ambassador to the UN writes a letter to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, demands condemnation of rocket fire from Gaza.
    http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/149192#.Tqt8EPRFu7s

    It’s All Right To Say – 29 October 2011
Rather than, sixty or eleven or six years downstream, complain now about rockets from Gaza, which the UN has ordained as expressive of the “inalienable rights’ of the non-existent PA, Israel should simply act in behalf of its people and smash the source of these attacks.
Who cannot hear the sighs of relief from the Western World when Israel takes decisive action?! It’s only when Israel dithers and makes only half-commitments that global jeering erupts. Prosor should be ‘dictating’ Israel’s commitment to its own security.

    Feed The Problem – 12 October 2011
Just what is this supposed to accomplish? Maybe impress the World with how magnanimous Israel is? Or how Gullible? What message does the Arab World get? More Captives! Future Israeli resolve? What resolve?! Shalit should have been cut out of Gaza, dead or alive, at any cost! A failure to do so is a failure to protect the remainder of the Free Western World! It’s Israel’s fault!

Reply to: U.S. Defense Secretary Warns Israel is Becoming ‘Isolated’ By Elad Benari
U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta warns that Israel is becoming increasingly isolated, calls on it to renew peace negotiations.
    http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/148423

Israel Was Always Isolated – 3 October 2011
This hypocrite Panetta knows Israel was always isolated but what he really means is that the USA is not Israel’s ally. What THIS means is that History is repeating itself…the USA made vast profits out of WWI and WWII, especially Lend Lease in WWII, while they sat on the sidelines in total contempt of any moral obligation to fight. Winston Churchill informed the US, after Pearl Harbour, that if they now refused to fight he would make the name of the US stink for a thousand years. It will regardless.

No Room On Map For Israel – 28 September 2011
The Map is the easiest way to destroy Israel and the PA wiped Israel off the map, bloodlessly, at the UN. Before we get the imbecile chorus about blood, let me point out my issue, Israel competes with the Arabs to give legitimacy to every false claim the arabs make, regarding the history of the Holy Land and in connection with a West Bank rather than an Israel or Judea-Samaria. Israel is almost gone. Six months more and Israel might well be wiped off the map. Less perhaps, with Israel’s help.

Reply to: US ‘remains committed’ to renewing Israeli-PA talks By REUTERS
Following Abbas’s vow to seek full UN membership for Palestinian state, State Department says US focused on reaching “a comprehensive peace agreement that results in 2 states living side by side.”

    War of Talks – 17 September 2011
“Peace Talks” is simply a main face of the War against Israel. That the USA also fights on the side of Israel’s enemies is saddening but apparent. However, the fact Israel goes along with this strategic attack on its own land is both tragic and pathetic. Israel should simply cease and proclaim Israel to be “from the River (Jordan) to the Sea”. Arab dissidents within Israel would abide by Israeli Civil Law and/or be exiled to other Arab lands. This is not for the sake of Dominion but for Law and Order to prevail. Until this is accomplished, we are all at war and we confidently await the ramping up of the Arab/US/EU/UN War against Israel. We have no doubt it will ramp up increasingly sharply.

Reply to: Cairo envoy: Swift re-opening of embassy important By HERB KEINON
Yitzhak Levanon praises US counterpart, says efforts were key to rescue of six security guards; adds that Egyptians needed to be aware of “negative effects” of the kind of anti-Israel animosity at Cairo embassy raid.

The Protocols of Islam  –  14 September 2011
Israel cannot use the threat of force to maintain embassies and such in Arab countries. The record of the US shows that even they are subjected to massive bomb attacks upon their consulates, embassies & etc. The ‘Gentleman’s Rule’ of immunity does not apply in the Arab world. Islam knows no shame. Blind Freddy can see the path down which Mankind has fled and only ‘The Night of the Long Knives’ awaits.
The extent to which each of the Arab countries anywhere might involve themselves remains the great moot point…will Indonesia show the way? Will Jordan wave the sword and rally the Arab World to Zeal? heh Will everybody wait until Iran drops the bomb? Will it happen this week? What Levanon says is meaningless politico-chatter. That Israel had to be ‘escorted’ out of Egypt is a clear pointer to the identical situation in Turkey. The Arab World is beginning to feel it has the muscle to move from Global Taqiyya to open warfare on the ground of its choosing, including at the UN which the Arab World knows it owns.
The Protocol of Islam is to use barefaced lies until the sword can be opebly revealed…when it is too late for the hapless victim. YOU are the hapless victim, because you don’t think people living under Islam have the right to read this, do you?!

Reply to: PA Turns Tables on Obama, Uses His Speech to Back UN Bid By Tzvi Ben Gedalyahu
The Palestinian Authority turns the tables on Obama, using an old speech to support its campaign for the UN recognition that he opposes.

    Obama Owns Israel? – 7 September 2011
It struck me at the time he spoke the words, promising the Arabs a Palestinian State in September 2011 that this ’emperor in waiting’ was attempting to circumvent everything, law, tradition and international customs. The UN anyway is simply a hotbed of islamist plots and NGO fleabags seeking to destroy The Family globally and Society in the West. So Obama declared war on Israel a year ago and nobody called him on it. Now Abbas IS calling him on it. Obama is the final regularly elected president of the USA. Vale Obama.

Reply to: Abbas: Statehood bid isn’t aimed at delegitimizing Israel By KHALED ABU TOAMEH AND TOVAH LAZAROFF

    Abbas Lies – 5 September 2011
Regardless, all Abbas has to do and he knows it, is to sit back and let the world take him on a free ride to statehood. The fact this will be at the expense of Israel is simply all the more guarantee there will be no interruption to the process. History walks alone. So far as “war comes”, we are IN…HOT. It’s just that people have forgotten what war is like. There is nothing fair about war: You bleed; you hurt; you die or you win. Abbas knows he is at war and he practices taqiyya, knowing it is against ‘political correctness’ to call him the liar he is. But if Israel doesn’t care, Isreal doesn’t matter!

Israel Should Declare Israel – 1 September 2011
Rather than sitting around waiting for the Arab World to declare an Arab Nation in the place of Israel, Israel should ‘declare Israel’…from the River to the Sea. (in this case, from the Jordan to the Med.) A failure to do so is the cause of the conflict in the ME. So long as Israel intimates it might peacefully surrender to Arab aggression, the Arabs need to nothing but wait while Israel and the World dismember Israel. DECLARE ISRAEL! What can the world do? Hate Israel? They already do! But if Israel doesn’t care, Israel doesn’t matter!

Unconstitutional For US to Back PA Terror State Bid – 31 August 2011
The idea is absurd. This attempt to block US encouragement, incitement and or funding of PA State claims, in the UN or anywhere, demonstrates the fine moral standards that must not be crossed. The State Department is attempting to cross those lines and the moral rigour of the Nations is opposed to it. This places the US State Department in Contempt of the Nation. US Citizens should fix that!

US “Placing Wedge” Between PM and FM – 11 August 2011
We can imagine how disappointed Obama is that Israel told him to take a hike on his disgusting blackmail attempt. It really is now impossible to consider the US, under Obama, as an ally or friend of the Free Western Civilisation. At every turn he does more to dismantle the work done by generations of good men who died that we, including Obama, might enjoy Freedom. Obama has become a slur against the Human Race.

    Clear Communist Agenda – 10 August 2011
It’s becoming apparent globally that there is a vast anti-capitalism movement and there is no reason to presume this is grass-roots or un-coordinated. Over recent decades there has been a consistent movement by ‘leftists’ and ‘radicals’ to give themselves some form of legitimacy and now they are making an attack on the lifestyle enjoyed by those who made them Free. We accept Western civilisation breeds excesses but rivers of blood will flow because of this Communistic rejection of Capitalism.

    So Then Israel Said… – 6 August 2011
What leading representative of the Israeli Government rebutted Ashton’s comments by saying, “There is no International Law against Jewish construction in Jerusalem, nor will there ever be.” Where do we hear a complete refutation of these libelous claims against Israel? Israel is a State with Sovereignty over all its Lands. Suggestions to the contrary are contrary to International Law. But if Israel doesn’t care, Israel doesn’t matter.

    West Bank? Disputed? – 2 August 2011
The “Deputy Foreign Minister” seems to have an extremely defeatist view of History. Also to be a victim of Arab lies. There is no West Bank. There is only Judea/Samaria, which is part of Israel. Jerusalem is the undisputed Capital of Israel. We accept that there are Arab enemies of Israel, of the Jews and of Zion, who feel to dispute the right for Jews or Israel to exist. Arab disputes do not alter the inalienable rights of the Jews to live in Israel. Ayalon disagrees.

    Sovereign State? – 2 August 2011
In fact, China resolutely claims the right for itself and states such as Syria to exercise their internal affairs as a matter of sovereign power. From the perspective of Assad, he is justified in attempting to restore order. On the other hand the Syrian People, if they demand change, have the right to overthrow their government (Abbas in person) and institute a new Sovereign Regime. We are not aware that an internal Syrian coalition has requested UN aid or assistance. Rather we see an assortent of Arab factions in a dogfight with themselves and the government. They are better off dying for freedom in their own country than subsisting on welfare handouts in ours. Remember we won freedom and peace…it was not handed to us on a platter.

Reply to: Bibi Bows to Obama’s 1967-Lines Formula by Gavriel Queenann
Israel will reportedly accept Obama’s 1967-lines formula as a basis for peace talks if the PA drops its statehood bid at the UN
    http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/146300

This Offer Is Not Dependent on Anything – 2 August 2011
The ruse was to have Bibi ‘accept’ the terms dictated by Obama. As in the past, nobody else will be bound by any terms, conditions or agreements, except Israel. From this moment on, with no concessions by the Arabs, Israel has unilaterally conceded all claims to Judea/Samaria. Well done! We know, in the coming war, it will matter nothing what anybody said but the History Books will deride the Jews with these mindless concessions and Land for Peace fiascos. So..Israel neither cares nor matters!

In Fact, UN Sponsored War – 29 June 2011
This latest attempt by the Arab World, in cahoots with the UN, seeks to use the concept of International Legitimacy as a Weapon of War. The idea is to create a false nation in the minds of the world and sustain it with real war. In the past the UN has worked similarly to create ‘palestinian refugee camps’ with the sole intention of using these as a weapon against Israeli legitimacy in the eyes of the world. The French introduction, long ago, of “occupier” into the Arab narrative laid the groundwork for this ultimate attack. War now exists between the UN and the Free World.

    Wrong – 29 June 2011
Iran continues to be a threat and increasing destabilising influence in an already dangerous Middle East. But if the UN creates a nation by the name of Palestine, the Arab World will flood Judea/Samaria with arab terrorists and war will commence on a higher level than at present. But what is most wrong is that ‘talking heads’ refuse to admit the enemy is Islam. That war comes and it comes on top of the civil chaos already descending upon the vacuous West. It’s actually too late now. What Iran does is secondary to global self-immolation.

    http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/145186

    No Deal – 26 June 2011
Ultimately, there is no reason why Israel should destroy itself and every reason why Israel should resist its traditional enemies(Europe and the Arabs). Playing mind games is not amusing. Countless people already will die because of UN, EU and USA stunts and posturing. Even Israel goes along with these ‘game theory’ ambits which are intended only to destroy Modern Israel. I can live with that but they cannot and I refuse to bemoan yet another Shoah. If Israel doesn’t care, Israel doesn’t matter!

    What Oslo Agreement? – 21 June 2011
There was never an actual bi-partisan agreement over the so-called Oslo Accords. The Arabs never complied with any of the terms. Israel is not bound to anything except the foolishness of its politicians, such as Peres (who should be shot for treason) and others, down to Bibi and Livni. Israel should simply state, “We have reconciled ourselves to the reality the Arab World is a resolute enemy of the Modern State of Israel and therefore we declare Israel, from the River to the Sea.” What can the World do about it that they are not already planning to do?

    So…Arab Terror Works – 15 June 2011
The threat of declaring a ‘Palestinian State’ now has all the usual culprits determined to “throw Israel under the bus”. (nice choice of words) The fact is, plain and simple, when the Arab terror threats and plots are removed, Jordan is Palestine, There is no such thing as a palestinian people, no palestinian language, no such thing as a palestinian capital city and there were no palestinian statesmen prior to Arafat the terrorist and Abbas who funded the murder of the Jewish Olympic Team at Munich. There is nothing to discuss-without conceding victory to Arab terror.

    If Israel Doesn’t Care… – 11 June 2011
The fact is, all the decisions have been made and Israel is being tossed to the dogs. Major Western Powers (US, UN, EU) are in agreement and the Arabs are waiting only for the West to compel the surrender of Modern Israel. Sadly, Israel seems also to be waiting for the surrender of Modern Israel. In every Age, Israel has behaved in simlar manner, sects and inner schisms tear apart the Jews from within while their enemies destroy them from without. But this is History…and the Trajectory of History says The Cup of the Wrath of God is almost full. So, practically, Modern Israel doesn’t matter.

Using UN to Blackmail Israel – 7 June 2011
The idea seems to be to coerce Israel into making ‘negotiated concessions’…”or the UN will do it for you”. Israel is not in a position to make any concessions. What the UN does reflects only on those who give credence to the UN. What the Arabs do reflects on their Jihad mentality and should be treated as purely warlike ambitions. Calling this war ‘negotiations’ is pure hypocrisy and the West will pay for sustaining this lie for generations.

    http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/144430

They Think “International City” – 24 May 2011
Clearly the idea is to move to the International Zone concept, where Jerusalem is administered (by the UN) and occupied by the Arabs. Israel needs to inform the US and the World that its borders are “From the River to the Sea”. A failure to declare Israel simply prompts the Arabs to declare a non-existent palestinian people in a putative palestinian state. The US, EU and UN would go along with the Arabs. Of course, war comes.

UN Attack On Western Cultural Heritage – 18 May 2011
The UN does not have the right to deny the cultural heritage of the Free World. Those freedoms we enjoy were obtained at the cost of blood and lives. Further attempts by an Arab and despot dominated UN will result in war between the West and all others. The result will be the same-Freedom will be victorious but “few men will survive”.

There is no such thing as a palestinian people, no palestinian language, no palestinian capital city, no palestinian history and no palestinian statesmen prior to Arafat and Abbas (who funded the Olympic Games murder of the Jewish team). Israel perpetuates arab lies by insisting on legitimising them. In face of Israeli stupidity, what can the Free World do or say. Damn The Quartet and Oslo – 5 May 2011
The time has well passed when Israel should accept the pariah status it has, as enunciated by Sacks. Deal with it! The plan of the Quartet is to give Israel to the Arabs and Oslo is an affront to the entire Human race. The fact Israel accepts Oslo is also an insult to the common intelligence of the Race. Israel is being abandoned by its so-called allies. The Arabs have the upper hand and they know it. In fact, I think I read this part of History before, somewhere. The only problem now is whether Hamas can control its glee long enough for the final concerted act to take place…against Israel.
