Call it Riots or Strikes, in France it usually boils down to the same thing. We must say however, the Gallic vim is matched elsewhere generally throughout the Mediterranean, be it Greece, Italy or even Portugal and Spain.

    Student Pranks

President Nicolas Sarkozy’s plan is to raise the retirement age from 60 to 62.

Claims, at the linked article, that Sarkozy is likely to destroy the French Social Model may be true. Perhaps this is why French governments have been trying since the 60s to introduce sanity into a fiscal nightmare that refuses to go away.

Widely throughout the Western World, governments today are biting the same bullet. In Australia the intention is to push out Pension entitlements from age 65 to age 67 in coming years. It can be seen that the Social Model is the cause of these unavoidable requirements.

The genetically acquired insanity of all Frenchmen will persist of course and they will all pay a collective price for their insanity which will be found to have nothing whatsoever to do with fiscal policy. More about that later.

The model in question is one that demands: more and more individuals celebrate their individuality rather than celebrate their family; fewer and fewer families have fewer and fewer children per couple; and fewer and fewer wage earners are produced who’s taxes can support the demands of Pensioners.

The model also calls for irresponsible and naïve catering to large and uncontrolled influxes of aliens who support no such social model. Their model is to bludge off the French system, derive maximum benefits at the expenditure of minimum, if any, personal labour and to devote their energies to incorporating the ‘social model’ they left-Sharia Law and dismal Islamist brutality.

Of course, we cannot come this far without at least commenting on the Student Cadre. These are the ones who celebrate the fact they seek no true cause for unhappiness, only a ’cause celebre’ for destructive excess.

In the past, such need for violence has been met by feudal systems of gross violence, whereby such youths would have been expediently killed by their ‘peers’ or, bless them, the killers. there must, after all, be those who are victors as well as victims. There must be Crusaders as well as Infidels, or Islamists, or Moslem hordes or in the days of ancient Egypt, Pyramids to build during the annual floods when no farmwork could be done.

Riotous civil disturbances are the luxury of the under employed.

    Not the underpaid.

A social model leading to fewer and fewer consumers has created a society with no guts. The remainder of the ‘Haves’ cling desperately to their personal lot, ‘to the death’, while the increasingly unwashed sit around, vacillating between glum idleness and insane destruction.

    We feel for them.

We suspect they will get what they deserve rather than what they want and we suspect they will get it in a long drawn out process of suffering and pain.

When it becomes apparent that the ‘Social Model’ has built-in constraints which apply only to the poor, they will bite their lips to the bone waiting for something to destroy and someone to kill.

This is generally the point at which Civil War steps in.

The Islamists, now well entrenched in Europe, will not hesitate to compete with the aborigines for every crust and finally, every breath.

It’s not going to be pretty.

It might be that Sarkozy and the French parliament will give in. Perhaps they will stave off the inevitable for another six months.

Or he might simply call out the troops. To be honest, Martial Law has been done before. Hence the in-built constraints of the social model.

When school children overturn cars and burn them and laugh at women who demand to know only why and how they can do such mindless things, it must seem school is ‘out’.

It’s not as if a magic wand can be waved that will suddenly balance the budget of Modern France. The ‘Model’ is a consumerist paradise while the Nation can no longer produce what it seeks to consume.

The survivors of what has begun to happen in France will be, every one of them after the event, self-employed. There will be no jobs, no employees and all work will be done within walking distance of the most recent meal.

And yes. The rest of the world will be acclimatising itself to the same new Social Model.

So don’t bother to feel sad for France. Watch yourself.

After the laugher and when the burning Fiats and Subarus have cooled, the empty bellies will bring demands that make street demonstrations look like what they are, fraudulent and mischievous rubbish. Starvation is an insatiable master. We will see who laughs. We will see who is destroyed.

It will certainly be no laughing matter.

    You must watch yourself!
